I worked with Sudhanshu Agarwal on a software development project. I was the project manager, and he was the lead developer. He did an excellent job of delivering the software as specified, on time, despite inevitable changes during the process. Although he was managing three others on the project, I would hardly know it: he managed them so well that I never heard an issue at all. The work simply got done. In addition, where the specification didn't make sense--either because of an error or because there was a better way to do things--Sudhanshu brought it to my attention, along with a proposed alternative. I could always trust that if I gave him something to do, it would get done well and on time. I didn't have to worry about it.

Also, despite the fact that he was communicating with me in English (not his native language), I almost never had any trouble understanding him: the logic and clarity of thought behind the communications was so strong that even a misplaced word or grammar error had little effect. This was especially valuable given the time difference, leaving us to rely on written communication.

Working with Sudhanshu was a fantastic collaborative experience, and I would work with him/hire him as a high-level software developer/technical lead without question.less

I found Sudhanshu to be extremely hardworking, thorough and a detail oriented person who really puts his heart and soul into his work.
