Ajax
AJAX is not a new language but it is a collection of existing ones. HTML and CSS for presentation, Document Object Model (DOM) for dynamic display of data, JSON for interchange of data, XMLHTTPREQUEST for background communication and JAVA script to bring all these technologies together. It uses Java script, HTML and CSS to create web pages and web applications that are dynamic in nature. Using AJAX web pages can send and receive data without the page having to reload or re-fresh. This allows the front page or the presentation layer to continue operating while data interchange layer can receive and update data. It makes possible the dynamic change of content.
